Six months internship:

o Network administration(50 employees), technical support, documentation writing
o Definition and implementation of production network:
- Analysis and design of diagrams of the current network
- Operational specifications collection
- Definition of the new network architecture
- Router and firewall configuration, network security improvement

Nine months internship:

o Development of Content Management System (CMS) on PHP / Oracle
o Fully responsible for the ongoing maintenance of CMS
o Responsible for HELP website development
o Managing and updating the HELP website with recent updates

Three months internship + two months summer job:

o Troubleshoot technical complications
o Guide customer step-by-step to overcome their technical issues
o Provide technical expertise in network issues for professional companies
o Responsible for providing ongoing support for customer care issues
